For lovers of seafood, the dedicated seafood buffet at the Rio hotel and casino in Las Vegas comes with our strong recommendation. It is possibly the best seafood buffet in the world.
We usually buy the Buffet of Buffets pass, and then pay the extra $10 or $15 surcharge per person to use the pass at the Seafood buffet each time we are in Las Vegas.

Firstly, the service has always been nothing short of excellent at the Rio Seafood buffet. But for seafood lovers, a visit to this buffet can easily be a two hour affair if you do not rush yourself and just take your time enjoying everything the buffet has to offer.
In our opinion, this is the most comprehensive seafood buffet in Las Vegas. You will find all kinds of mussels, shrimps, oysters, crayfish, scallops, lobster, crab, clams, fish, all served hot and cold, in various dishes, and the quality of all the food is to a very high standard.
The crab legs are served both hot and cold, and they have several types of crab legs on offer. They even have crab claws, rock crab and there is never a shortage of the crabs so you do not have stand around and wait for them to re-stock empty serving areas, which can happen at other all you can eat buffets in Las Vegas.
It really is a ten out of ten seafood dining experience so if you are in Las Vegas, and love seafood, this is a must visit buffet.
